5 of 5 places remaining

Five Canadian firms.
You decide what gets built first.

Numberyard reads the planning work already sitting in a firm’s own files — the holdco that was never set up, the exemption drifting out of reach, the losses about to expire — and hands it to you with the computation done. It is built and running. What it does not have yet is five firms shaping it against real books.

To be straight about the timing: we are asking for a commitment now, not a migration this week. Work starts once the seed round closes, and nothing is charged for six months after that.

Six months free, from the day you start

You are committing now; you start once the round closes. From there it is six months at no charge while we build against your book. No card, no contract, no minimum term, and you can walk at any point in it.

Then $199 per seat, locked for two years

After the six months you keep $199 per user per month for two years, whatever list price is by then. Unlimited clients, and a client logging into their own portal is never billable.

You set what gets built

Six months is a design period, not a trial. Design partners decide which planning strategies get encoded first and what the firm-side workflow looks like. That is not a courtesy — it is the only way the first ones are the right ones, and it is written into the plan.

What we’re asking of you

Worth being straight about the cost to you, because it is not zero and a page that pretends otherwise is wasting your time.

1

A 30-minute call about your book

Not a demo. What you run, what the month looks like, where the time actually goes.

2

Move a real slice of the book across

Ten to twenty five clients, not a test file. We do the migration — prior-year returns, Notices of Assessment, charts of accounts read in and staged for your staff to approve entity by entity.

3

Use it for a real close

One month-end run through the system, on live clients. That is the only test that tells either of us anything.

4

Tell us what is wrong, monthly

A short call once a month. Blunt is more useful than polite, and the roadmap moves off these calls.

Who this is for

  • Canadian firms — the tax engine is the Income Tax Act, not a US product with a Canadian setting.
  • Bookkeeping, accounting, tax and advisory practices. No audit work; that is not what this is for.
  • Owner-managed clients, holdco/opco groups, professional corporations, family-office work.
  • Roughly one to twenty five people. Small enough to decide in a week, big enough to have the problem.

What happens to your data

Your clients’ data is yours. If you walk away you get a full export of everything that went in and everything the system produced, in a format you can actually use, and it is deleted on request. Client-facing screens carry your brand, not ours — your clients never see the word Numberyard. Nothing an AI extraction produces is written to a file unreviewed; it pre-fills a form your staff correct and save. The judgment stays with the CPA, which is the whole design.

Apply

Three fields are required and the rest help us work out whether it is a fit before we take your time. Shane — a CPA, and the person who built this — reads every one and replies either way within two business days.

No payment details, no contract at this stage. A reply either way within two business days.
